Matt represents entrepreneurs, financial institutions, real estate developers, and other companies and individuals. He handles an array of corporate, finance, real estate, and general business matters. Matt earned a Bachelor of Arts from Occidental College and graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School. He is licensed to practice in Arizona and Texas.

Jennifer’s practice areas include commercial real estate transactions, business transactions, and commercial financing.  She earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and her J.D. from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law in Chicago.  Jennifer served as adjunct faculty at Pima Community College for several years, teaching business law.
